Track Jimmy is an information and entertainment platform that provides horse racing analysis, handicapping tools, AI-generated predictions, and a marketplace for handicappers to share picks. Track Jimmy operates under the publisher's exclusion as an information service provider.

Track Jimmy does NOT:

Accept, process, or facilitate wagers or bets of any kind
Operate as a sportsbook, bookmaker, or wagering platform
Guarantee any specific outcomes or returns
Provide financial, investment, or legal advice

3. No Guarantee of Results

All picks, analysis, AI predictions, bot outputs, backtesting results, win rates, ROI figures, and contest scores are provided for informational and entertainment purposes only. Past performance does not guarantee future results. Horse racing is inherently unpredictable and involves substantial risk of financial loss. Historical backtesting results reflect hypothetical performance on past data and may not reflect future live performance.

4. User Responsibility

You are solely responsible for any wagering decisions you make based on information obtained through Track Jimmy. You acknowledge that you are of legal age to participate in pari-mutuel wagering in your jurisdiction (21+ in most US states). You agree to wager only with funds you can afford to lose.

5. Challenge & Evaluation Rules

Challenges on Track Jimmy use simulated (faux) bankrolls with no cash value. Challenges are skill-based evaluations for earning Track Verified status and qualifying for funded account opportunities — there are no cash prizes, entry fees, or wagers involved. One entry per person per challenge. Phone number required for challenge entry to prevent multi-accounting. Predictions are timestamped, immutable, and cannot be edited or deleted after submission. No purchase is necessary to participate.

6. AI & Bot Disclaimers

Track Jimmy uses artificial intelligence and machine learning models trained on historical horse racing data. AI predictions are probabilistic estimates, not certainties. Models may contain errors, biases, or limitations. Bot performance is tracked publicly and transparently, including losses. Backtested performance uses historical data and may differ significantly from live performance.

7. Subscription Services

Premium subscriptions on Track Jimmy provide access to AI-powered data analysis tools, statistical models, community features, and educational content about horse racing analysis. Subscriptions are for informational and educational content — they are NOT wagers, betting tips, or guarantees of wagering outcomes. Subscribers receive access to data-driven insights generated by machine learning models trained on historical racing data. Payments are processed by Stripe. All subscription fees are for content access and are non-refundable except as required by law.

8. Affiliate Disclosure

Track Jimmy may earn commissions from affiliate links to licensed, regulated sportsbook partners (ADW platforms). These partnerships do not influence our analysis. All affiliate relationships are disclosed.

9. Intellectual Property

All analysis, algorithms, bot strategies, and platform content are the intellectual property of Track Jimmy. Past performance data is sourced from Equibase Company LLC and used under license. Brisnet data is proprietary to Bloodstock Research Information Services.

10. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, engage in multi-accounting, or attempt to manipulate contest results.

11. Limitation of Liability

Track Jimmy, its owners, employees, and affiliates shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this platform, including but not limited to financial losses from wagering decisions made based on information provided by the Platform.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania. The Interstate Horseracing Act (1978) authorizes pari-mutuel wagering through licensed ADW platforms. Track Jimmy is an information publisher, not a wagering operator.
